Scouting is integral to the success of a model agency. Getting out and finding new girls and guys to turn into the next superstars is crucial for keeping Models 1 as one of the top and most respected agencies in the world.

Models 1 has a strong relationship with Topshop and scout in the Oxford Circus branch during school holidays and weekends. As well as Topshop we have recently hooked up with a new, cutting edge teen events company ‘The Eleven’, a company specialising in events for young people in and around London.

Our company works hard at securing great venues to seek out potential talent and as soon as the sun starts to shine a little bit more we ill reveal some more of our exclusive scouting events.

In spring and summer when the weather is nicer, the Models 1 scouts head onto the streets of towns and cities across the UK. As well as London we head to key cities including Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and Brighton, pounding the pavements and looking for new and exciting faces.

Scouts at work in an official capacity will always be wearing Models 1 T-shirts and they will be in teams, happy to answer any questions. If you are lucky enough to be scouted, they will take polaroid pictures of you and take down your contact details and some measurements.

A Models 1 scout never stops looking for new girls and boys and we have found them everywhere from standing on train platforms to watching bands at festivals. We are a very social bunch of people and can be found partying at most of the big summer events so if you get scouted by someone, it could be one of us! To be certain, we will always introduce ourselves and give you a business card. If we happen to have run out of business cards then we will give you are email address so you can get in contact with us – always our work email - which will be our name@models1.co.uk. We will never give you our personal address or ask you to contact us through us a social networking site.

So just remember whatever you’re doing always be aware because if you’re lucky you might get scouted by Models1!
